Chest, shoulders and tris can all be done in one workout and not be much more than 30-45 minutes. Thats like 18-24 sets unless you are doing a ton of volume.
After about 30-45 minutes of intense exercise your cortisol levels will shoot up and it takes at least 24 hours to get back into a good hormonal state to build muscle and burn fat. You should wait until you get that recovery before you do anything else in my opinion.
Also working your chest out will hit the shoulders and tris at the same time, you'll be very weak in the evening trying to work the other body parts.
