Doo Ho Choi & Jake Mathews are two legit prospects, Silva Vs Holbrook & Smith Vs Mutante will likely be good scraps, Maynard's debut at 145 (pretty much his last chance in the UFC) will be interesting, plus even though this season of TUF hasn't had the best fights it does have some pretty promising fighters (Stansberry, Suarez, Rountree, Hendricks) so the TUF fights could be decent as well.
 
Def watch Doo Ho Choi, he'll be a blast to enjoy until Korean army consumes him.
 
Aside from JJ/Gadelha and Brooks/Pearson;

You'll want to watch one one the biggest prospects and best strikers in the sport in Choi, getting his toughest fight yet against Thiago Tavares.

I don't know if you're interested in following Gray Maynard's career, but he'll be making his featherweight debut. Even if he wins this particular fight, he probably shouldn't be fighting, but I'm a fan and will watch all his fights.

Jake Matthews and Kevin Lee are two of the youngest fighters in the UFC and two of the best lightweight prospects.

Everything else is skippable but there are some other decent fights.
