To be completely serious, I am just a purpose driven guy. I simply wanted to vent here. And now that I vented, I get treated like garbage. A part of me feels that God encouraged me to do this to expose the bad Sherdoggers so that the good Sherdoggers will show who they really are.

If they had worked long time in this store then they will be capable to kick you out of work will you resist or no.

A lot of managers, directors etc doesn't bother to check records and will trust stuff long term employees will tell about you.

Ofc there if will be accusations that you had stole something etc, then it is worth to fight.
Otherwise better just STFU and find new job.
Or be friendly in office with them and start to report.

I use one retail store, where females had pissed off 8 guys during 2 years.
These weren't beginners in retail sales, manager checked that they does know job task and might quickly use tools they need in job etc.....cos they had experience. Real experience. Absolultetly 0 problems with them for me. Everything smoothly, 0 problems.
Still with talks and unproven accusations they get rid off them.
While loved to use also as loaders...
While for this task they weren't paid for.

You're not a loser. Sometimes the world is imperfect.

Having a job with conflict like that can be exhausting. It's better that you don't put up with it.

Speak to them first, or a manager, or HR, or look for another, better job.

Don't be an arsehole though. They are the villains, not you.

So where really my english is awful? Some mistakes? Ever better, I'm not your servant and you better learn mandarin etc stuff, supposed world owner.

That would suck. Working with the public can be tough enough to deal with. Then you also have to deal with two difficult coworkers trying to get you fired. If your work with customers was very poor I'm thinking you have been let go awhile ago.

I'm going to guess it is not your fault. It is just how your coworkers are. They likely have acted similar to other people they have worked with. Reminds me of a show I watched about females abusing men. Men abusing females often receives attention but according to the show females abusing guys is just as common sadly.

I just had a nephew leave his job. His boss was difficult, not pleasant to be around and abusive. He looked around and found a new job this past week. Hopefully he will find a more pleasant work environement at his new gig.

Well, You can't get advice because you're not giving details. You've only given enough details to get made fun of.


In which ways are they "bullying" you? Are you actually doing your job well? What kind of job do you have? They are trying to get you fired.... how closely do you work with them? is it your hygiene?

I work in an office building and Im a smash hit with all the older women, Im polite, cordial and Hold converstaion well.

Edit: you said you work in retail. How many people work there? Big department store of 25+ employees, Or small staff of 6?

It's entirely possible, But one thing I would also suggest is to be assertive. Women sometimes need to be put in their place.

If you say something to them directly like "maybe your just bitter because you're in the same place you were just a decade ago and you want to make me feel bad about it" but you say it with zero anger and dead pan or even joking tone it may bring them back to reality and put them in their place.
 
Play a prank by scaring them. Jump out a waste can as they walk by, or jump out a closet somewhere. Might get lucky and eliminate half of your problem. 100% if you’re dedicated to the task at hand.
 
Europe had agreed for 0 % tariffs on 8590 items import from U.S and 10% tariffs on import from EU in U.S.
France doesn't needs nor intelligence info sharing from U.S (!) nor U.S weapons or ammuniton. So 10 + 10 plus 25 %next threat tariffs for import from U.S might look cool for them and they does have 0 need for protection from U.S.
Trump maybe had missed them with Ukraine or South Vietnam after Paris accords etc or kurds.
 
If you won't tell us what kind of bullying it is it's difficult for anyone to help you with it.

I mean I would assume they're not coming into the shop and just banging a Boston Crab on you, but if it's more emotional or making you look bad or whatever then it would be useful to know how.

Rich chinesse are educating their kids in expensive and prestigious western colleges and unis, they are purchasing luxurous goods from europe and U.S and also are ordering very special custom made jewellery and furniture from europe and also from U.S.

For example large size natural rubies and emeralds and diamonds griding central still is europe. Nothing had changed during 100 years in this market niche.

In china are ppl without electricity and ppl with 5 G type internet and 0 problems to pay 50 or 100 k $ for kids uni per year. With apartments not worse than in U.S or Switzerland and 0 problems to purchase car for 100-500 k $ ....
In India too btw.
