Social Am I a loser for being bullied at work?

Old ladies if they are mean - they know theres nothing you can do. You fight back your the bad guy. Either find a way to make friends with them or look elsewhere . More agitated you get more fun they will jave as they are likely bitter and dont have anything in their lives and making you miserable is their #1 entertainment. .
There's no way to fight it you will be the bad guy . You can Quit, get rwally good at tunning folks out, or bring bagels n coffee a few times a week they love that .

Sometimes, you are in a lose lose situation that can only be fixed by switching jobs. It often isn't you and you just walked into something that is unhealthy. Probably 15% of the population kind of just sucks and sometimes when you go places, somehow they managed to hirer only people from that 15%.

Step 1 Start looking for a better job.
Step 2 Pick a martial art you like that’s is near home, and start training.

Grumpy old women are everywhere, learn to deal with it better.

You’re not a loser. You’re just looking for comfort and acceptance from others, instead of within yourself. Work on not caring about us or the old ladies. Pretend they don’t exist or at least look at them as just being two cranks that are not that way because of you.

Take pride in each moment and day when you are able to focus on yourself and your work, and not how they feel about you.

After a while, you’ll be more interested in finding challenges and opportunities to be proud of yourself (and for yourself), rather than worrying about how other people behave or think about you. Focus on what you can control.

They're probably scared shitless the more efficient youngster will cause them to get laid off. Ask them who's dick did they suck to keep their jobs.
