You can make a good case for either. Fedor outstruck the best striker and outgrappled the best grappler, while Jones won belts in two divisions. These two are the top two spots on the list, IMO, in either order, followed by GSP.

He isn't even the GOAT UFC HW. He has one fight at HW and it was a perfect style match up for him. GSP isn't the GOAT MW either. He is the GOAT WW. Jon is the GOAT LHW (*PEDs aside). His cheating is cause to review but he is 100% GOAT LHW and with a few defenses could make an argument for GOAT of all. Personally I don't believe in one GOAT. Mighty Mouse at 245 lbs probably kills Jon at HW.
 
Jon Jones resume is better than Fedor's at this point.

But if you are asking me who would win if you had both guys in there on their very best day, it is still hard for me to pick against Fedor.
