Stipe is the GOAT HW, right above Werdum. And there's several others right beneath them.

The one you mentioned is not in the top 10 and should really be considered a pioneer more than an all time great. He beat the old one dimensional generation by being well rounded.

do you realize Ngannou was the one that turned down 8 millions to fight Jones, right? Also, Jones made Gane look like a tool in 2 minutes, while Ngannou looked like shit against him

There s no way he is better than Bones but he was also one of the best ever competed
 
Fedor is very great, and belongs in top 5 GOAT at least.

At HW, Fedor has been undefeated for a decade, and Jones just fought once so it wouldn't be fair for them to fight at HW.
Resume wise, I give the nod to Jones.
 
Different eras and times, Fedor even in his prime would now get slept by somebody like Marcin Tybura.

Defends title 3x, consensus most "top 10." Fedor went undefeated for 8 years, it's easy when you're fighting bums who don't belong in the ring with you, but yes let's use numbers but ignore the context.

Imagine all those idiots who have Fedor in their top 4. Like Khabib, GSP, Demetrius Johnson, Crocop, etc, etc. Bunch of losers.
 
Frodo fanboys are not rational people. They don't just say Fedor is the GOAT. They say he always will be the GOAT. No matter what.

Regardless what anybody else does in their career he will still always be the best ever no matter what. 15 years unbeaten, 40 fight win streak, beat 15 former UFC champs. Doesn't matter Frodo >.

People who are unable or completely unwilling to compromise at all are basically pointless to have a discussion with.

But Jones probably does have objectively the best career in MMA now. We'll never get to see how a fight between them would play out but Jones surprised me with how good he looked at HW.
 
They will never admit it but even the fiercest Fedor ball-garglers know deep down that Jones sons Fedor 10 out of 10 times.
