Crime All charges dropped against Jussie Smollett

Nah, it’s not just that, because people much more powerful than Smollett go down for crimes that are less brazen and more grey area. Kim Foxx was trying to stick it to Whitey, because she thinks they get deals like this elsewhere.
So why did she go after R. Kelly with decade old evidence that they refused to prosecute him on before, if this is all about "trying to stick it to whitey"?

^^^ 100% bullshit

Nobody here on the right characterizes all black people like that.

You have issues bro.
lol You must not look at what many of your bretheren on this forum choose to post in regards to black people. You'll constantly see them talk about a "culture problem" in the "black community" You'll see them constantly say shit like "Why don't black people fix their own community instead of worrying about white supremacists? Black people kill far more black people than white supremacists could ever dream of" "Black people don't take personal responsibilty for their actions and they always are trying to blame white people for their situations.....slavery has been over for almost 300 years" You'll constantly see shit like that, and not to mention the "13% of the population is responsible for over 50% of the murders"

Because he's a :eek::eek::eek::eek:, and that's pretty much the worst thing you can be.
The order of sticking it to people is like this:
Blacks > Muslims > Gays > Hispanics > Whites > Asians > :eek::eek::eek::eek:s

I'm trying to understand this sequence when we have statistical data saying that blacks get arrested more, convicted more and get longer sentences for the same crimes. Are you just making this up?

He's not a :eek::eek::eek::eek:. Statutory rape of post-puberty girls isn't :eek::eek::eek::eek:philia.

And R. Kelly hasnt been convicted, these are simply allegations, the state failed to prove their child porn case on him years ago when they had the chance. This is nothing more than grandstanding and an attempt at political relevancy from Kim Foxx by going after a high profile celebrity after being pressured by a disgraced lawyer .

If they get arrested more wouldn't it make sense they convicted then more wouldn't it make sense they have longer sentences due to previous crimes?

I think he's talking about socially not criminally. You know the "victim Olympics"

Kim Foxx is now a disgraced lawyer

But still a licensed one unlike the guy she was pressured by.

Wait fill me in, who is the guy who pressured her? I must have missed that episode. I thought she got a call from Michelle Obama’s firmer chief of staff and that’s how it started.

For R. Kelly she was pressured by Avanatti.

Oh yeah, forgot about that. Wasn’t the girl on tape sayin she was 14?

But yeah, people are divided on the issue of race, but everyone agrees on :eek::eek::eek::eek:philes, that they are scum. It’s the one issue that unites us.

Allegedly, but how people choose to role-play their sexual encounters isn't proof of guilt.

Kelly's lawyer seemed pretty confident in his chances of winning this case.

C’mon dude. Every defense attorney says that. DA offices regularly have conviction rates of 90%+. I imagine for kiddy diddlers, the number is probably closer to 99%. Kelly’s only saving grace is that he’s a black celebrity but that’s offset by the black prosecutor (probably will be a black DDA trying the case too). Without the hope of a nullified jury, Kelly has none.

But I suppose it’s possible that the girl was actually “role playing,” as you say. We’ll see what comes out.

Decade old evidence? It was an ongoing insvestigation. A few people I work with knew he was getting arrested before he actually did. I don’t believe it was a “stick it to whitey” type of situation but Kim Foxx is terrible at her job and has been since she took over.

It was dumb what he did but sending him to prison over it is even dumber.
Smollett?
What he did wasn't just dumb, it was malicious and he wouldn't have objected if they'd jailed anyone who fit the description and his bullshit story.

Can you tell me what the statistical data says on interracial crime? Is it proportionate?

Specifically what is the rate of white on black crime compared to black on white crime? Particularly murder and rape. Since you brought the subject up and all. I'm curious what it says.

That's exactly what he apparently tried to do. The police told him they had two men in custody who were on the video and apparently let him believe they were white. That's when he said he was absolutely sure the men on the video were his attackers and they turned out to be the Nigerian brothers who he had paid to attack him. The video was so bad that he couldn't tell.

In other words, he was willing to send two innocent white men he believed the police picked up to prison to support his hoax.
