Is anyone really surprised? Famous guy in a liberal city; the only shocking part of this farce is that they made him give up his bond.

In essence he got a $10,000 fine, but no guilty verdict on his record.

Apparently there are some leaked texts and emails from Tina Tchen(Michelle Obama's former chief of staff) asking Kim Foxx to intervene. This all started a few days after the alleged attack was first reported.

No one said he was innocent. If you actually read (I know, crazy concept) the news articles you will see that the prosecution even said they don't think he's innocent, but what happened basically amounts to a plea bargain

Foxx is friends with Jussie and initially claimed conflict of interest and backed out the case.
Even one blaming liberal judges and whatever else. This all falls in Foxx's lap. She is the one that decided not to prosecute.
