The prosecutor’s summary of what happened. This is from when they were actually going after him, they had plenty of proof, basically a perfect case.

TLDR

• Juicy frequently bought drugs from one of the bros
• Sounds like they used to fuck (this is my interpretation)
• The FBI has the letter he received (sent???) on Jan 22nd, and is doing forensic analysis.
• He was angry nobody seemed to care about the fake letter
• On Jan 25th he asked the bros to attack him
• On Jan 27th he showed them where it was suppose to happen
• Videos of him driving them around the area of the attack LMAO
• He asked them not to hurt him and to make it look like he was fighting back (he believed the cameras would catch the attack)
• He called them twice before the attack happened (1st to let them know he was running late, and later to tell them the new time) LMAO
• There was a witness to the attack, a NBC News employee, she said there was no shouting, no MAGA country, no cursing. Nothing!
• The police was notified of the attack only after the bros had returned home (video surveillance confirms this)
• Less than 18 hours after the attack Juicy called them
• A few days later he called them again
• Bros were detained by US Customs, they were returning from their previously booked trip to Nigeria. Scared shitless they decided to talk.

FBI are the ones who Foxx wanted to handle the case in the first place. They will conclude she made the "right decision" so leftists and the media can conclude there "was no controversy or suspect behavior, just right wing paranoia".

Foxx already gave the reasons for deciding to drop all criminal charges against Jussie Smollett. At this point the FBI will probably confirm that all was a-ok and above board rather than actually make a merit base judgement that this was out-of-the-ordinary and that any bias/favoritism was present.

For example, in order to avoid any conflict of interest she recused herself from the case. This is a problem because she (her assistants) was the one who then dropped the case, meaning the conflict of interest was a danger and resulted in this. However, like the lying democrats they are, in order to magically make the conflict of interest go away she now says she never recused herself for real tho. This allows her to claim there never was a conflict of interest and she was therefore qualified to make this decision.

Here is Smollet's attorney telling Smollet's side of the story. She claims the brothers were supposed to train Jussie on the day of the attack, but he flew in too late for training. Even though Jussie talked to them prior to the attack, he didn't know they were going to attack him. The one question that I would have asked was, how do you explain the brothers knowing exactly where Smollet would be at that particular time of the night?
