Different kinds of movie. One is a horror movie, the other is an action movie. This is like comparing The Exorcist with Enter the Dragon.

That said, I voted for Alien. Not only great film craft, but incredibly influential. A landmark in sci-fi.

Also, Terminator 2: Judgement Day is the full name. Hardly anyone includes the "Judgement Day" part.
