No shit. I’m reminded of that every time I go to the gym. Asking my body why it can’t do something at the gym it used to be able to 10-15 years ago. Lol.Getting old sucks
your sarcasm make no sense since it's the ref who stopped the fight and not Pantoja himself, Pantoja did in fact act like a warriorWhere are the fans and fighters sh**ing on Pantoja for not keeping the fight going? He still had one arm and both legs, a true warrior wouldve kept going...
Who cares if you're blind or can only fight with 1 arm, you're supposed to be a warrior and stay in the cage till you get KO'ed in there, am i right?
ppl be have short memories frenI feel bad for both. Van gets a lot of hate for celebrating like he did, and the majority will hold him as a paper champ until he rematches with Pantoja. Not the way you want to win a championship belt.
Pantoja hopefully recovers soon and fully, and we get to see a real fight. He was on such a great streak and has many FLW records and to get a loss on your record and lose your belt like that must suck.
But I don’t think he will.ppl be have short memories fren
once he starts beating contedners, they will forget
In my case it was just a joke to show how retarded it is to fault someone for stopping after an injury since people and Dana sh**ed on Tom for not keep fighting while being blind. Same applies here...Why some people bashing Pantoja? What am i missing here?
Pantoja was waving it off and wanted it to be stopped. Van was about to attack him and Pantoja was told him to stop waving with his arm. So no, by mma fans standards he didnt act like a warrior and shouldve kept fighting with 1 arm and get KO'ed to go out like a true warrior.Thats what we all expect from fighters. What a coward...your sarcasm make no sense since it's the ref who stopped the fight and not Pantoja himself, Pantoja did in fact act like a warrior
Was it ever the same?I actually dislocated my shoulder in a similar manner flying off of a skateboard while I was drunk and high at 17. Posted my arm in the same manner with my bodyweight falling on top of it, twisting it out of its socket. I had to pop it back in myself, definitely a traumatic injury.

It depends what happened. Shoulder is complex, cartilage, soft tissue/ligaments it is hard to be as it was. But if it is arm bone, it can heal and be pretty much the same. Was it ever the same?
