Remember when Fedor and Mousasi had that exhibition judo match where Fedor was just casually tossing Mousasi around with zero effort because he's so much bigger (and yes just plain better at judo)?

This is that but in reverse. If Pereira wanted to stop Kayla he would. She can be an Olympian all she wants, but Pereira is a man, 80lbs heavier, and has been grappling for like 8 years by now. She would never toss Pereira if he didn't let her.

It's also just amazing that Pereira is one of the biggest trolls on social media and people think this is at all legit. Couldn't be a worse person to believe on the internet.

I never saw that Judo match, but yeh, Alex could stop all that pretty easily if he wanted, and like I said, it's super easy to drill this throw like they were doing.

There's absolutely nothing impressive about it. A judo yellow belt could hip toss anyone. Only someone absolutely clueless about combat sports would think this is noteworthy in any way.

It was fun and lighthearted, in the middle of a card, and I'd forgotten how they were also allowed to do some striking as if they were actually playing out a real fight (so more like a sambo match than a straight judo match). Fedor also did one with Shinya Aoiki which is even funnier. It's a shame as I'd have liked to see more things like that over the years, as long as as it was here it's 100% clear this is just for entertainment and fun. Much better use of the breaks between fights.

It's also a good reminder for whenever anybody says Fedor shouldn't have been a HW. Not being a big HW =/= a LHW or MW like people try and say he was. He absolutely manhandles Mousasi who was the Strikeforce LHW champion at the time.
