Crazy how being humble and a sportsmen is equated to being a "weirdo".
Need more fighters like him rather than loud mouth who assault the elderly then get pushed on fans every damn commercial break.
The sense I get is that the guy lost 3 fights, felt like he was on the verge of getting cut and no one gave a fuck about him, and Dana tossed him to one of his hyped fighters as a sacrificial lamb. Now he's getting appreciation just because he landed a nice kick and won, and he will be forgotten tomorrow again if he loses, just like all the other fighters that don't have huge social media presence, talk trash or have huge win streaks, because the UFC doesn't give a shit about him, or who he is as an individual and his need to make a living.
Or maybe he's just a weirdo.
You're saying it in a derisive way but yeah, that is most likely why he wants losers to be interviewed as well. Can't blame him.I guess that's why he wants the losers of fights to be interviewed too?
Don't think so, bro...Aren't losers able to do post fight interviews but usually choose not too because they either don't want to face the music or are receiving medical attention?
I like his sentiment. It takes two to tango, both fighters deserve recognition, even if one was soundly beaten.
