Aleksandre Topuria is fighting this weekend

It is quite easy to rile you up isn't it

Aleksandre Topuria is coming off his debut win in the UFC and is slated to fight Bekzat Almakhan this weekend. He looked pretty good in that fight from what I can remember.

What do y'all think? Will he pull off the win this weekend and do you think he can go on a run at Bantamweight?

Big leap in competition. Too much too soon IMO.

Pretty surprising he's so far down the card, I mean I don't really think he should get extra priority just for being the brother of a double champ, but realistically you'd think they'd try and push him more, and they have him lower on the card than Abdul Rakhman Yakhyaev who I've never heard of

You will know him soon enough. He's already looking like a contender even this green. He'll be top 10 by the summer

He looked great

I wouldnt say great, but he looked good but there is a lot of room to improve. He is way to hesitant, despite preassuring everyone, but he should throw more and also stop relying on his right only.

I think the opponent was a good choice, solid everywhere and a heart but besides that just b-level.

B-level fighter that knocked down Umar? He could very well be ranked eventually... quicker if he hadn''t fought Aleksandre and Umar.

Yes, he actually looks pretty good. Looks athletic, strong. Like you said it will be cool to see what his cap is. He is being trained by his brother so by proximity he should be getting major benefits.

Yes he's training with his brother, absorbing all his powers. It's like the Epstein files....

Pretty solid and technically sound

I think when he gets his comfort level up, like Ilia did, he’s gonna start putting guys away

Appears to be in phenomenal shape for the weight class

I just don't like how low output he is, and he can work ob his ability to cut people off. He literally pressures forward following his opponent In circles the whole fight while throwing pretty low output.

He's good though, I just nitpicking and want to see more

It was weird they didn't even interview him given he is double champ's bro and has potential in the division.
