He threw plenty against Max and still got fucked up.

He didn't throw many against edgar at UFC 200.

And he won that fight.

Aldo stopped winning when he ran into a fist.

He threw plenty against Max and still got fucked up.
He had a lot of success with the lowkicks, but then he stopped throwing them and then he got fucked up.

Not saying he would have won otherwise, but Aldo abandoning his kicks (his greatest weapon) at the later stages of his career is definitely not a positive. His boxing got better, and when he's fresh he's very fast and powerful, but the kicks added a depth to his game that he lacked later on.

Conor ruined him.

Got inside his head so bad.
Do people not remember the crazy interviews Aldo was giving for months after the fight where he clearly couldn't accept the loss?

I think the KO damaged him physically & mentally.

He probably f*ck his legs up from kicking people. Dude was beast at kicking the hell out of people.
I believe that's like 90% the reason. People change their fighting styles due to injuries. Young Aldo was a different person.

If you are 25 year old Muay Thai fighter - usually you are near the end of your career.

His time had come and gone.. being on-top as long as he was , was something special. First ballot HOF er

He threw a couple against Max and got absolutely blasted with a counter right. He didn't stop for no reason

He didn't throw them against Frankie because he was winning without them and didn't want to give up a TD

He didn't throw them against Conor because he got knocked dead in 13 seconds

He's not an idiot. He had very good reasons for abandoning that part of his game

Are you dishonest clowns ever going to stop pretending that he didn't turn in the best performance of his career after the McGregor loss?

Nope, Frankie turned in the worst performance of his career, anyone not named Cody Mckenzie wouldve looked great that night against Frankie.

Stop pretending
