Media Aldo responds to Conor's callout: "He's a son of a b*tch... tell him to suck a cane field of d*cks"

Aldo was asked if he regretted never getting a rematch with McGregor after “Notorious” knocked him out in 13 seconds at UFC 194, to which he answered that the moment for such a fight had long passed.

“Maybe back in the day it would have been an awesome event, but not today,” Aldo said via a Portuguese translator. “People, everywhere I go now — I do have a lot of respect for him. We’re friends. We even follow each other on Instagram, we exchange dialogue there, and sometimes fans come up to me and say, ‘Do you feel like beating McGregor or something?’

“I say, ‘How can I do that? That’s the guy who gave me the most money.

“I have nothing but respect and kind of a friendship now, [I wouldn’t think of a rematch] these days.”

This is from January 2023. He retired in September 2022.

Last night's insults from Aldo are very bizarre. Even Conor was shocked and confused.

He probably had more time to reflect on what kind of person Conor is while being retired.

The same happened with Artem.

It's obvious to anyone else that Conor really only kept blowing sunshine up Aldo's ass because he beat him and Aldo reflected well on him, the same as how he kissed Cerrone after beating him, praised Dustin after their first fight, but then threatened to kill him and his wife after a couple losses by the end of the trilogy. These kinds of faux friendships based on Conor's narcissism don't last.

i mean, Aldo isn't wrong.

and LOL at the people saying get over it. let some douchebag sleep you in 13secs in front of the world and go on to become a multi-millionaire and see how fast you get over it

GOATskren was over a d-bag sleeping him in 5 seconds then becoming a multimillionaire by the time he showered.

Conor whooped him fair and square.

Aldo deserved a rematch and he got screwed by the UFC and McG. It must eat Aldo inside, so I understand the outburst.

He said he would fight Conor at anytime and when he was offered the rematch he didn't take it. It's his own fault so he needs to get over it.

Thought they were cool?
<{ohyeah}>
<36>

Who's to say Conor hasn't already. Following in the footsteps of other "affluent" western world men via Epstein. He's got the resources for it.

They did fight and Conor knocked him stiff in 10 seconds by the first punch. Then Aldo ducked a rematch on a months notice

What did Conor say initially to piss him off?

"Me and Aldo should box."

If you swipe right or click the arrow on the right on the image in the OP it will show Conor's tweet.

I didn't mean instant rematch, although I could have worded my response better. Jose definitely earned a rematch, but Conor moved on.
When did he earn said rematch? He didn't even need it as he was getting title shots.

He won his next fight and the interim title after Conor lost to Diaz and then got a featherweight title defense with Holloway, which he lost. Then he lost again immediately after. He then won 2 fights and then lost 3 in a row.

There wasn't even a good time for that rematch lol. Conor was fighting at lightweight and Aldo dropped to bantamweight. Both of them bouncing around in different weight classes.

It's not like Aldo was denied his chance at the title. He got an instant title match right after his loss

Conor always hinges onto Aldo this Aldo that. He won't ever mention Khabib or DP to brag.

Seems like an overreaction responding to "Me and Aldo should box"
I can understand why he still feels bitter and resentment towards Conor. The trash talk and taunting he had to endure and losing to Conor in one of the worst ways ever must have been hard to deal with. Similarly, I believe Conor will always be resentful towards Khabib for similar reasons

Aldo seemed emotional after getting that draw, probably took Conors text out of context

Aldo is the only person in history who can’t “take the left”

20 year old Max Holloway and Cabo Nate literally laughed and smile at the “touch of death”

because conor always needs to make the story about him .. it was aldo's night

Always get a kick out of Conor fans ranting about people getting upset for losing when Conor, half a decade later, still has eternal nightmares about Khabib. That and the POS threatening to kill family members of Dustin when Dustin annihilated him in hilarious fashion.

but what was jose’s reaction to conor’s reaction to jose’s reaction?
