AKA back at it again... Rockhold says he tore his MCL a month ago

I missed this.

DC got KO'd by Cain and there's a video of it? Link?
I remember him getting knocked out by Mike Kyle with a flying fuckin knee in sparring lol. Definitely not in line with normal sparring. AKA is more like Chute Boxe North.

Nah man that was at least a couple years ago. It was made by some guys from AKA as like a short webseries documentary kinda thing.

It didn't show the fight, it just showed DC sitting on a mat recovering, saying he didn't remember shit, but DC at least seemed proud of himself for getting koed (was by a knee I think) and all the guys around were joking about it.

Yeah, that sounds about right. That feels like a long time ago too.

I imagine they do a lot of live wrestling. That's gotta take the bounce out of their knees.

lol Tearing your MCL is one of the most benign knee injuries you can have. 4-6 weeks and you're back to normal.

There's no such thing as a benign injury at AKA. They're aggravating knees always.

I'd rather let a top 5 muay Thai guy from Thailand kick my knee then train there.

Rockhard laying the groundwork for post fight loss excuses?

Given the # of injuries they have at AKA, I'm surprised 2003-2006 chute boxe didn't have endless injuries. They were notirious for having fight intensity sparring sessions.

Just a gut feeling but I think most serious injuries happen from wrestling training, not standup.
