Watch him pull out due to a lingering knee issue later.

lol Tearing your MCL is one of the most benign knee injuries you can have. 4-6 weeks and you're back to normal.

The UFC needs to go in there with SWAT and shut that gym down and confiscate their top fighters.

AKA is the UFC's worst enemy.

AKA gym is a great place to go to shorten your career

what's the point of him mentioning this injury that healed up 3 weeks?

I wish we could get a proper timeline and history on injuries per camp. AKA without a doubt has to be #1, that gym needs an overhaul on their training methods.

Did this ever happen to Kos and Fitch when they ruled AKA?

It's amazing how they only get "injured" AFTER winning the belt. DC will be injured next when they announce Bones vs DC.

With as long as Luke's been with AKA, I'm really surprised he hasn't been injured more. A lot of high risk training going on.

i hear AKA joint strengthening exercises involve baseball bats

Its amazing how many top level athletes train like retards. They guys are doing crap like one legged squats, or bench presses while laying on a medicine ball.

Jesus... AKA is their own worst enemy.

I have no fucking idea.... pretty bizarre to bring up an injury you had out of nowhere with a fight coming up.

Let me guess, it happened in wrestling when his leg was stuck... AKA..

Given the # of injuries they have at AKA, I'm surprised 2003-2006 chute boxe didn't have endless injuries. They were notirious for having fight intensity sparring sessions.
