These dudes should absolutely go to jail. I'm 95% sure they have no grounds for a legitimate citizens arrest. The timing of the alleged crime to when these nutjobs decided to attempt the arrest. The bringing of firearms, which are deadly weapons, to arrest an individual that they knew had not committed a crime of violence. So forth and so on.

Lock 'em up. It's just short of premeditated murder to me. hyperbole, don't at me bitches.

Well, they didn't bring the guns with a plan to not use them so I'd item with the fucking book and then plaster it all over the news.

I don't know if you watched the video, but they were in front of him. If he didn't anything wrong, none of this woudl have happened in the first place.

Let's start at the source of the problem and be angry at that, not the outcome.

If this dude had just committed theft, you think it's perfectly acceptable for random people to just kill him? Knowing that, with the video, the idea of it being "self-defense" is gone.

That video is crazy, but it also shows very little. I'm more than happy to call a murderous scumbag a murderous scumbag but there's more to the story that needs to come out. I'm immediately skeptical because of how heavily the race angle is being played. I don't give a shit about what color they are, these two guys better have a good fucking reason for wanting to stop this guy running, using guns to threaten. I wish the video didn't pan away so much but it appears that the guy ran right at these two and tried to pull the gun away from one guy. Was he defending himself? Was he suicidal? Was he trying to pull the guy's gun away and use it on him?

Besides the race angle, the only other thing that makes me skeptical is the family saying he was out jogging. I am a runner and I've never worn a white t-shirt, khaki shorts, and a belt as a running outfit. That is strange. With that said, citizens arrest is a stupid thing and I don't buy it. You had time to set up and lay in wait for a guy running right towards you. Should have just reported it to police if you felt this man was a threat. I feel like the "White man shoots unarmed black man" angle will bury whatever other truths come out about this case and the actual story won't matter. If this guy was a burglar, what did he take and where did he take it from? Let's see evidence.

Reminds me of that case where a black kid missed his school bus and ended up getting lost while walking to school, so he knocks on some White guy's door and the guy comes out with a gun and shoots at the kid. We had some posters in here defending the White guy.

If you are watching the same video that I am watching, the black guy runs at the son and attacks him first. If he runs past the truck, he might still be running today.

They were in front of him because they cut him off. I've seen people jog in combat boots so apparel doesn't really matter. These dudes couldn't give the dispatcher a reason for trying to do a citizen arrest they just said he was running.
