No one should be shot for just stealing, but he should have just realized that he fucked up and was caught and then gave up. But no, he chose to attack someone who was armed.

So this guy was stealing shit from a construction site, got caught and took off running and then attacked a man with a gun in hopes of getting away?

Is there evidence this guy stole anything?

My only experience running from a crime scene was in HS when cops broke up a party and I ran through the woods not in the middle of the street.

If a guys are following you in a truck with guns and pull ahead to cut your off and get in your face do you try and neutralize gun or just keep running and hope they don't shoot you in the back.

If a guy is just jogging down the street, and someone approaches and asks why he was stealing when he wasn't, then why would he keep running? Why didn't he call the police himself?

I probably shouldn't have watched that video, it was more graphic than I expected it to be. I had no idea "citizens arrest" was even a real thing these days. That looks like 2nd degree murder to me.

good eye, you can see the camera man pan down to the two dark objects in the street, once at :13 and again at :17. perp probably tossed those items. i was getting frustrated with the camera man, why is this dude taking his eye off the truck and perp, at the critical moment the perp runs around the front of the truck, but that's why. hes trying to record the discarded items.

Shots fired before the "violent attack".

Seeing somebody shot and fall into a lifeless heap on the concrete is very graphic to me. I don't enjoy ultra-violent videos, I try to avoid them usually.

You got a video of that? Otherwise its just bullshit. These fuckers are in trouble that they would say anything to get out of it. I got fired once from a job cause 5 of my co-workers decided to lie about me. I got into a physical arguement with someone when they pushed me and I fell on the ground. My co-workers told HR that I was the one who started it. So I wouldnt give a fuck what these fuckers have to say.

I don't know if you watched the video, but they were in front of him. If he didn't anything wrong, none of this woudl have happened in the first place.
