Crime Ahmaud Arbery shooting v3

Maybe he knows his rights and isnt into having some random man telling him what he can and cannot do for no reason.

Maybe he does, maybe he doesn't. Neither of us can tell from the video. All I can see is him acting like an asshole. No, those weren't "random men", they were officers of the law and what they were telling Arbery what he can and can not do is not for "no reason."

Oh so you worship authority like that? Pathetic.

Wait... Show me one piece of evidence or a single statement that only Ahmaud was a suspect? How on god's green earth can you come to that conclusion?
Far as we know the McMichaels only singled out Arbery.

Actually we can tell he does know his rights hence him being let go without even a ticket, hence he was DOING NOTHING WRONG. The fact the cop tried to taze him shows how shitty cops are in the area.

A video of Arbery by a neighborhood camera ambling along the road in a desultory manner has been posted numerous times in these threads. The video of him trespassing on the site, and this video, are the only two videos of him on the day in question apart from the shooting video, and he isn't jogging in either.
Yeah most people jog in houses under construction. That is how I train, just jog in vacant houses, because it keeps the rain off you.

Supected of stealing, by the McMichaels.

The Hardy boys were on the case!

So you both are saying he was profiled because he was black. That may be the case, but it also might not be because nowhere in that video do I see evidence of that. You both are saying it as if it is an absolute fact, but you're just assuming. What is up with people so desperate to turn any situation into a race thing? He was just "rapping in the park" right? Well, apparently it's an area where police see a lot of drug use. He didn't have drugs on him, so I'm, not sure why he acted like such an asshole to the cops. Cops do that. If there's a park where people tend to park their cars and do drugs, they will keep a heavy presence there. Same thing if there's a road where a lot of people tend to speed, they will almost always have a cop in a speed trap.

Did any of the video show reasonable suspicion of a drug presence?

Your analogy is flawed. Speed traps exist to catch people speeding, and only people speeding.

For your analogy to work, these cops would be acting on reasonable suspicion of drug use. But there was none. It was just a dude in a public park, minding his own business. You can't just stop and frisk them and try to search their vehicle against their wishes. No laws broken, someone attempted to tase him.

But sure. Racial profiling in the deep south had nothing to do with it.

I guess you don't understand the whole probable cause thing? What probable cause did they have on him? The area doesn't matter, a cop can't pull a car over in a highly trafficked drug area unless he has reason to believe something illegal has went down. Listening to rap in your parked car gives zero probable cause.

I've been pulled over and stopped by police for being in bad areas before. Could I have been a huge douche and refused to roll my window down or demand they cite the law I broke? Of course, because I do know my rights. However, if I have nothing to worry about, I comply and move on with my day. I don't run up on cops or immediately start acting like a prick. They're out there trying to prevent crime. I'm not gonna act like some entitled little brat and start bitching at them.

Y HE NO BOOTLICK? How's that leather taste? They polishing those boots these days?

Apparently not as good as that victim status you're so desperate to achieve.

He started bitching at them when they tried to illegally open his car you moron. I don't care what you would or wouldn't do in a hypothetical.

You're a worshiper of the men paid to control you, a boot licker. The cops were 100&% in the wrong, they also attempted to taze a man with his arms raised ( torture) and you're so fucking weak spined you side with the pigs. It's just sad really to be so subservient to paid authority.

Those are random men.

I posted that evidence earlier in this thread, people here would rather cape for corruption and murder. The same people that also glorify the Qanon fucks in Wisconsin for "sticking it to the man"

You mean to tell me the boys in blue weren't good people?!?! In a small County in Georgia non the less!?! And their police force is predominantly white males, in a predominantly black county?!?! Blasphemy.

No, it shows that acting like a dick to police officers and repeatedly putting your hands in your pockets after they tell you not to might get you tased.

Did any of the video show reasonable suspicion of a drug presence?

No because it starts with him already out of the car.

Your analogy is flawed. Speed traps exist to catch people speeding, and only people speeding.

For your analogy to work, these cops would be acting on reasonable suspicion of drug use. But there was none. It was just a dude in a public park, minding his own business. A guy pulled his car off the road and onto the grass of a public park that is known for heavy drug use. The police have every right to approach and question. If Arbery didn't want to be questioned he could have stayed in his car and asked for a supervisor, or called his lawyer. Watch the video again, man. The cop begins explaining why they approached him and Arbery goes OFF. No need for him to act that way. [/QUOTE]

But sure. Racial profiling in the deep south had nothing to do with it.

So no evidence was needed to support the notion that these cops are racist other than the reputation of the South. But the cops are not allowed to question somebody who pulled off the road onto the grass of a park with a reputation for heavy drug use?
