After watching WrestleMania last night...

I realized how third world UFC's production is. Damn does Vince McMahon know how to put on a show. Where are the big screens? Fireworks? Grand fighter entrances? Guest announcers? Big laser show?

UFC 236 gonna be bland AF.
WWE is just live movie

I forget which match it was but they left the lighting on extremely bright for 3 quarters of one of the matches which totally sopped the majority of the crowd being able to see the match at all.

And again when Shane o mack went flying. Most the audience couldn't see shit and complained in real time over twitter.

Couldn't give less of a fuck about what some dweeb on a talk show says, I'm talking about pure entertainment

Watching 3 high level champions get their belts taken in one night tops scripted bullshit all day long.
Its not what he says its called facts
MMA will always play second fiddle to Pro wrestling

I think a few people on this here mma forum might disagree with you.

I like the UFC's production, but it would be cool to have the pride/wwe entrances for big cards like international fight week & MSG.

I think PRIDE had the perfect mix of serious yet kind of gaudy entrances.

Gave us lots of memorable moments and ways to remember fighters, helped them express the personality they so desperately want to see in fighters these days.

I would like the UFC to incorporate ramp walks and maybe an arena announcer

It was boring and gay and I didn't finish watching it and I regret trying.

Pride used to have those grand entrances. Good times.

You don't need theatrics to sell real competition. When you script it you need the hoop la
