I realized how third world UFC's production is. Damn does Vince McMahon know how to put on a show. Where are the big screens? Fireworks? Grand fighter entrances? Guest announcers? Big laser show?

UFC 236 gonna be bland AF.

They really know how to put on a show with a few thousand breaks + a 10,000 hour long event

UFC 217 beats Wrestlemania 35 all day long

You should rematch that 115lb chick at next wrestlemania .
Since its all staged you may have a chance of winning after all.

Vince McMahon is worth like twice the amount Dana is. That's part of the reason why.

Maybe because that's about all they got? I'll take real fights over stage theatrics every time.

I think they shy away from splashy entertainment to remind people they're about to witness a violent unplanned unarmed conflict

Also it's distraction, as I swear WWE fans always leave a wrestlemania event pissed off.

And because wrestling is pure entertainment ... it’s a show

Although ufc has been becoming for wwe esque recently

REAL MMA fans want to see good fights.

Super slick production is just icing on the cake.

I like UFC without all the BS production. We are watching gladiators fight... I hate how Bellator does those cringe entrances.

WWE is entertainment, a show, a spectacle... it needs the theatrics.

Imagine Amanda Nunes making her walkout with this:

TS, next time you think a random thought you had would make a good thread hoping for 115 lb girl references, don't.

I forget which match it was but they left the lighting on extremely bright for 3 quarters of one of the matches which totally stopped the majority of the crowd being able to see the match at all.

And again when Shane o mack went flying. Most the audience couldn't see shit and complained in real time over twitter.

Because this is what happens when the UFC tries to do theatrics
