After her win tonight, would you like to see Rose vs Joanna 3?

I’m soooo confused by the hate some have for Rose. She’s entertaining to watch fight and she’s humble in both victory and defeat. She finally gets her footing and finishes several opponents in a row and then knockouts out one of the best female fighters ever. Then instead of calling for money fights or ducking or holding the belt for a year like most new champs, she accepts the immediate rematch and wins a solid and technical decision. And while other female fighters try to capitalize on her hotness she goes the opposite direction and shaves her head so she and other people will only focus on her fighting. I just don’t get why she doesn’t have a bigger following

I like her but she plays the victim card alot when it suits her. I suffered severe systimatic abuse sexual and physical from the age of three till the age of 13. I have x3 Diagnosed mentel illnesses and my life has been a hell of a struggle.

I say this not looking for sympathy just so you get an idea of my perspective.

I used to have a alot of respect for Rose but when Joanna called her mentally weak it was clear ahe was talking from a fighters stand point. Etc And when the fans rose up and cried foul Rose let it happen.

The fact she plays up the victim card to garner sympathy when it suits her and be a “thug” when it suits her irks me.

Is Joanna a stone cold over-confident bitch pre and during fights? Yup and she makes no apologies for it. She says what she thinks and feels and I respect her for that.

And the fact she is ducking Andrade and making her and KK fight while she nurses her “injury” is bs.

Also she had to accept the re-match Joanna had it has a contract clause.

I'd like to see PVZ vs Joanna, but dem titties added a couple of pounds that you just can't shed.

Shouldn’t be next, but If Rose beats the Karolina/Andrade winner and JJ beats Souza or Suarez I have no problem with her getting another shot after that.

After that great fight with Tecia, I'd rather see she and JJ run it back for 5 rounds.

They should also book it as main event of a PPV.

UFC 2XX, Jedxkrxct28/yick vs Torres 2: The Pitter-Patter'ing

Well wasn't Torres promoted to be next Rose's oponnent after UFC 217?
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Thank god Andrade and JJ saved us from this.

I run the same policy as the U.S. Government's of neither confirming or denying that I'm talking about anything at all.

You seem to be reading things in to posts that aren't there.
Then don't be intentionally vague, because most people will interpret your post to suggest that Namajunas is faking an injury.

Not yet. Let Johannna get 3-4 more wins first and really build her name back up. No need to rush this rematch.

When UFC rushes these rematches and the fighter who lost the first time loses again, it kills their momentum and hype. Even if they win a bunch after that it's still a stain on their career.

Let her build some real hype again and then go for 3.

You're just reading into it what you want. It's convenient she's injured right now so she doesn't have to fight Andrade and it is.

How can anyone be a fan of JJ. Guaranteed 15/25 min of Pitter patter boringness and not a good looking chick at all.

She lost 2x to Champ Thug so she needs at least 1 or 2 or hopefully 4 more wins before stepping to the Real Queen again.

I'm only reading what you're writing, and by using the word "convenient" you're suggesting that it's Namajunas' plan to not fight Andrade.

Say that her injury is coincidental, then we can end this argument.

No. It wasn’t an exciting or even a terribly convincing win. I understand JJ needed the win (to not go 0-3 in a year), and is more of a “death of a thousand cuts” fighter than a one-punch KO artist, but the bottom line, the fight sucked. True, Torres is not a highlight machine either, but this was both of their chances to make a statement, and neither did.

I want to see Rose and Pat in a therapy room pointing on a doll where the dolly hurt them and what kind of nightmares they are having of Conor. Also why Rose refuses to eat Lucky Charms anymore because the leprechaun reminds her of Conor. WAY more entertaining than Joanna and Thugless 3.

You're the only one arguing. :) And I dont know what Rose's plan is. The reason i said her injury is convenient is because the UFC is now busy matching up the rest of the top 5 against each other.
Rose's best win besides Joanna is Torres. Joanna fought everyone in the top 5. Why is it so hard to believe that people want to see how Rose will do against them too?

con·ven·ient
kənˈvēnyənt/
adjective
  1. fitting in well with a person's needs, activities, and plans.
By saying that it's convenient for Namajunas to be injured implies that she doesn't want to fight the top contenders, you're specifically saying that it's convenient for her, rather than saying that it's inconvenient for the UFC. You're suggesting that you know her plans by using that particular word.

the UFC is now busy matching up the rest of the top 5 against each other.
1) Joanna; as long as Namajunas remains champion, she shouldn't be getting a title shot no sooner than 2020.
2) Andrade; two fight win streak and fought for the title last year.
3) Gadelha; one fight win streak and injured knee.
4) Karolina; two fight win streak and fought for the title two years ago, but has win over current champion.
5) Torres; two fight losing streak.

3 of the top 5 had and have zero claim to a title shot, so mentioning the fact that they were booked for fights is irrelevant.

Why is it so hard to believe that people want to see how Rose will do against them too?
I want to see Namajunas fight Andrade and Karolina, but that's not what I've been arguing over with you.

I've already given you an out to end this argument; just agree that Namajunas' injury is coincidental (and not convenient for her).

I don't need an out because you're the only one making up shit. If you stop at the definition of convenient, then what I said fits perfectly. You're just adding something on because you have a hardon for Rose.
