After he got his neck fusion surgery, he had complications and his right arm lost all feeling and he couldn't use it for a long time and it atrophied. He had to re-learn how to use it and it's taking a long time to build it back up.

Those nerves in the neck suck if they get fucked up. Kurt Angle was on Joe Rogan's podcast last year saying his arms are starting to atrophy because his nerves are fucked up in his neck.
