Dirtsheets are saying this Saturday's Texas Death Match against Hangman is gonna be Christopher Daniels shoot retirement match. We meme on the guy now, but pre age 50 the guy had some classics. CD had a solid career.

I actually saw CD beat Hangman in a hardcore match live in person in 2018 when Hangman and the Young Bucks fought S.C.U in a Las Vegas Street Fight at the ROH 16th anniversary show. That was a great match.

Oh, enjoyed his time in early TNA and actually don't mind him with an onscreen role as a manager or even commissioner type. Just didn't care for the way he popped up in the EVP thing and really don't want to see too many high profile matches taking up TV time.

The Dark Order ship has sailed, but he might've been able to right the ship if TK would have turned the group possibly heel instead of running it into the ground. He could have been Dark Order's "higher power".
