I hate that about Forbidden Door season. Tony just assumes that we all know the people he's importing for all these dream matches, and not everyone does. Give them a match or two to show us why we should care about them.

Forbidden Door is really for hardcores. It's the one PPV I don't mind that there isn't really any builds. It's just a cool concept. Not sure how business savvy it is but I don't really care about all that anyways. I know who they all are and that's all I care about, jack!

That’s why I hoped Hechicero would’ve won the gauntlet. It would’ve been cool for all the matches on the PPV to follow the format.

If you really wanted to get nerdy with it in kayfabe these guys are from other promotions in different countries and couldn't be there on Dynamite every week. They have other commitments. In Bloodsport, Frank Dux wasn't cutting promos against Chong Li every week. They were in their respective countries training to die for our entertainment!

I think everyone sees what they're doing with Jericho, just most people don't like it. Unless it ends to a stipulation match that makes him leave for a while then I don't see the point
