Put the belt on Penta and have him wrestle guys from CMLL & New Japan on TV.
Then the IWC every week will say "where's the story bro?"

You’d never be able to please them lol. Stories shouldn’t matter when it comes to a tv title, it should be about pure rasslin tbh. Then the IWC every week will say "where's the story bro?"
Could see MJF winning the TNT title as well
One week it's "where's the story" the next it's "there were too many stories at Double or Nothing and they over-shadowed each other"Then the IWC every week will say "where's the story bro?"

I know many didn't think he was anything special but I thought he had potential and bad luck. Got stuck with ATT and made it work, got stuck carrying Scorpio Sky on the mic while SS held the belt which probably should have went to Page, got stuck on Dark/Elevation and made Matt Hardy fun. His mic work will take him places over there.Looks like Ethan Page ended up in NXT. Seems like a good place for him to rebuild himself after kind of fading away in AEW.
WE'RE GOOD DAMMIT!WWE scooped up Ethan Page fast, also sounds like Jake Hager decided not to re-up with AEW and is a free agent.
Seriously though, what the fuck is Tony Khan's obsession with Eliminators the last few months? Also people who are on losing streaks always seem to be in title Eliminators. Rocky himself just lost a title Eliminator to Roddy last month and lost a shot at the FTW title like 2 weeks ago and has never won a singles match in AEW, hell it's been almost a year since he won a match in New Japan and that was a tag match lol yet he's in an Eliminator for the World Championship
It is funny because there were always certain terms that WWE used that would drive the fans nuts, and that was part of AEW's appeal. It didn't feel so, i dunno, vernacular. It felt like yeah this is how people actually speak.
Remember when the Bucks absurdly made fun of how the wrestlers watch television backstage? Now all the wrestlers actually DO watch the monitor backstage from that goofy angle that everybody made fun of WWE for doing.
It's the things like that that I just feel has made AEW lose its identity. In so many ways they've become the thing that they mocked
