Just catching up on AEW from the weekend.

Is Danielson the best signing AEW has ever had? Obviously excluding Jericho and The Elite who were crucial to starting AEW.

Danielson seems to be everything Punk wasn't. A veteran wrestler who can still go, isn't afraid to put people over, is a locker room leader, and literally everyone not named Nigel McGuiness loves him. He's also someone you can trust the future of AEW with.

Also lol at Kenny Omega just casually putting on a 4 star match with no build or heat coming into.

Gotta say I've enjoyed the Continental Classic more than I enjoyed the G1 this year. Nothing has hit the highs of it yet in terms of match quality but the lows of the G1 were a lot lower. It also doesn't have EVIL, Hikuleo, and David Finlay making it to the knockout stages lmao
