I mean, TK already had the SoNs Of tExAs booked in an 8 man match with STP.

Not a 6 man with the ROH trios belts, not another tag match with the ROH tag titles, but an 8 man.

But I do get that. While I want to say "surely Cole didn't get injured this morning"; it's quite possible and this is a kneejerk match. Would think you'd have a couple stable, reliable hands on standby for this sort of thing and not plug and play people already booked all weekend filling in more matches.

Now - this is the main reason I wanted to go, even though live wrestling isn't really my thing. Omega and Okada are two of my favorites of all time, and their feud in NJPW was the peak of my return to wrestling in the mid 2010s. There'll probably be plenty of chances to see both over the next couple years, maybe even against one another, but probably nothing with this kind of build and atmosphere. But it's honestly not something I'll super regret having missed.
