Advice wanted: video creation software.

I recently created a YouTube channel, and I'm looking for software/an app for my pc that will allow me to record a video using my webcam. Most of what I've found is editing software that uses already created videos.

edit: You can use it to live stream to Twitch or Youtube as well if you want.
