Dan is more of an all around great, he would rank higher on overall ranking than single divisions. No one considers him among the greatest MWs or LHWs, but overall as a fighter, yes.

Adesanya is just a poor's man Anderson Silva , he lost to Strickland , and Silva would have never lost to somebody like Strickland, specially the way Izzy lost.

No. That used to be a common narrative around here. Hendo's performed amazing in 3 weight classes, but he was known for all the stuff he did at LHW. He didn't do nothing at MW, but clearly Izzy's resume at MW is better. Hendo is a special fighter who's kind of like BJ Penn where they are highly rated for challenging themselves with bigger opponents. You don't see anything like that today.

Technically, Hendo has 3 top ten wins at MW; his best wins happened in other weight classes.

Both guys have big names on their resume like Poatan, Fedor, Wanderlei, Whittaker, etc. But Izzy had a more consistent prime with a 12 win streak at MW at one point with 8 title wins, have to give it to him.

I feel like Strickland and Pereira soured Adesanyas champ status quite a bit. His reputation takes a bigger hit from those fights than Hendos losses do in my opinion

If youre looking at strictly MW accomplishments it's gotta be Izzy, but I voted for Hendo idc
