UFC cares about money above anything else

If enough people don’t watch then they’ll get the message that the people want “legit” number one contenders to get title shots

It may not help Glover but it will help he next guy

It's called the "McGregor effect".

I don't mind the Jones/Miocic matchup because Jones has nothing left to prove at LHW, he vacated the belt to move up and is committed to HW.

Izzy on the other hand could possibly be a double champ which ends could potentially hold up a couple of divisions if he doesn't vacate a belt or is forced to vacate by the UFC.
 
How does Izzy get a crack at LHW but Jon has to wait for a shit at Stipe? I get Francis's run be he already got the breaks beaten off of him by Stipe.

They should care about money above everything else, they are a business. You will never get enough people to side with you and stop watching fights.

Have either of these actually been announced? If so you gotta feel bad for Ngannou, sucks for Glover too but Ngannou has been right at the top watching DC and Stipe fight each other repeatedly for a couple years now. Almost rooting for him to find a way out of his contract and go over to boxing, he might get starched but at least they'd give him a good payday.
 
Remember the days when we use to complain that the UFC wouldn't let the champs fight each other.
 
What's the bigger achievement? Being champ or just being a little more fat?

It's obviously for PPV buys but at least they are making Jon wait.
