Greetings. I've read Sherdog and been an MMA fan for a while but have never had much useful to contribute until now. Check out this chart: https://sites.google.com/site/healthguy99/home/foodchart The 'alkaline' foods are on the left and the 'acid' foods are on the right. Food categories are listed in the middle column. The idea is to eat more alkaline foods. This has practically eliminated my acid reflux and it has also made me less prone to injury. I play basketball a few times a week and I no longer get hamstring pulls like I used to every month or so. Supposedly this is the same thing that keeps Randy Couture going strong. If you get injured regularly or suffer from acid reflux give this a shot.
