Abu Dhabi PPV lineup?

The event will happen in 3,5 months or 110 days and so far there are no fights officially announced and the only one who knows that he will fight (and therefore the only one with a proper fight camp) is Islam.....

Nobody starts fight camps 5 months early for fear of burnout, having too long of a camp is as bad or worse than having too short a camp. The only thing islam can do is maintenance training, which is what every other fighter that expects to fight in Abu Dhabi is also doing. So nobody is at a disadvantage yet.

What do you guys want to and/or expect to see? Looking at the landscape, as well as considering the quality product Abu Dhabi pays for, I came up with this:

Jamahal Hill vs Jiri Prochazka
Islam Makhachev vs Charles Oliveira 2
Khamzat Chimaev vs Jared Cannonier
McKenzie Dern vs Luana Pinheiro
Rinat Fakhretdinov vs Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos

Leon/Colby & Jones/Stipe can headline 295 & 296, plus FW/WBW/FLW should be available for those cards. There was a chance Leon/Colby or Hill/Jiri went to Australia but Strickland solidifies(as a last option) Izzy headlining imo.

Thoughts?

My thoughts are 99% of Americans have no idea who any of those people are. UFC failed at making new stars.

Was islam on that card as a champ you moron. Obviously a non title fight can’t headline a PPV, I didn’t realize I had to spell that out for you. Islam is fighting a title fight in a country in which he’s a legit star against one of the most popular fighters (Charles) in the promotions history. And you think Jiri-Jamahal hill should headline the card? Hahahahhahahha.

They didn't say they'd announce anything on Tuesday lol Dana said "we'll get back in the matchmaking room on Tuesday" etc to figure it out. Fight doesn't need to be announced yet anyways. You shouldn't expect them to publicly announce the main of the October PPV before we know the September one lol.

If there are multiple title fights on a particular card a non title fight will clearly not headline that PPV. That doesn’t need to be spelled out.

From what I saw on Russian media it's
Makhachev
Chimaev
Shara
Aliev (was offered BSD for event in June asked to reschedule it for July because not enough time after Ramadan and seems UFC decided to give him fight in UAE)
Also Volkov recently said that he is fighting ranked guy in Autumn so maybe it's this event.

Lmaoooo. Go cry some more buddy. Common sense does not equal “making up rules”. You’d have to be a complete moron to think a non-title fight would headline a PPV over title fights on the same card.
