Someone shoot me some quick-result ab exercises...please.
good list only thing I'd add to that would be weighted sit ups hanging by your feet. Oh and hanging leg raises with ankle weights and metronomes are worth doing.Urban said:saxon side bends, side press, bent press, windmills, full contact twists, russian twists, coils, cyclones, ab wheel rollouts, situps (not crunches). that should keep you busy for a while. Don't go over 10 reps on anything.
