Someone shoot me some quick-result ab exercises...please.
starve yourself until you have an 8% body fat them you ca see your abs.
or you can do sit ups
saxon side bends, side press, bent press, windmills, full contact twists, russian twists, coils, cyclones, ab wheel rollouts, situps (not crunches). that should keep you busy for a while. Don't go over 10 reps on anything.
good list only thing I'd add to that would be weighted sit ups hanging by your feet. Oh and hanging leg raises with ankle weights and metronomes are worth doing.
