Well actually yes a little dumb. But realy lifting the weights dont make you gain weight. Eating the food makes you gain weight. If you try and specify your question a little bit more im sure you will get more detailed answers.
I used to lift everyday two years ago and I gained like 30 pounds, i didnt really watch what i ate. Then i got into mma and lost 40lbs by running eating better etc. Im only wanting to lift to get defined and have explosive power. Im afraid if i start lifing again im gunna put on a lot of weight.
