About time Michel Pereira gets recognized!!

They say the name difference comes down to an age old political struggle for power and influence. The Netherlands represents the British perspective. Holland represents everyone else.
I thought the term Holland only covers a portion of the country though, where as Netherlands is the entire 12 provinces.. I was under the impression this is how the country represents itself in totality, and is perceived internationally... Historically no doubt there have been complications, like anywhere else.. Do Danes also take issue with England not being called the Danelaw in 2022?

Not that I want to go bursting bubbles, but wasn't he already co-main against Diego last February under Anderson-Blachowicz 2?

Also, Salikhov's probably gonna win
Good find! He lost by disqualification *nervous finger biting*

Holland is two provinces within the Netherlands, which has a total of 12 provinces overall. Their history is complicated and fraught with decades of fighting the Spanish and Austrians. I remember hearing the famous American historian Barbara Tuchman say that had the Spanish and Austrian Netherlands managed to be one united country, they would have been the superpower of Europe.

I like him. He is interesting but I think he is one of those Chris Lytle type fighters. They make good fights but they don't have got what it takes to take out a contender. They just hover around the lower top ten spot or just outside of it.

He'd probably be much better if he stopped being a weight bully and fought at MW.

It’s about time that one of my fav fighters, Michel Pereira, gets the co-main slot!

I am sooo excited for this fight! Fight Night 15 Jan is going to be hype.

What surprise move do you think he’s going to do?
I’ll say a missed cart-wheel followed by a back flip
Couldn't hurt to mention who the guy is fighting. ;)

I have seen a handful of his fights now and I still have no idea if he could become champ one day

if they were walking one by one, why not :)
its a very small country :)
Put this guy at the front of the line and you still think he goes thru them all?

They view the British Isles and Germany as sibling rivalry.

he trains with johnny walker at SBG recently lol

Yes. Rutten is old, right arm impaired, retired... Pereira is faster, stronger, well trained right now.

dont you dare mention Chris Lytle in that manner

Pereira looks 40 going on 60, and despite his backflips and cartwheels, is one of the more oddly stiff fighters in the division. He punches like a wind-up rock em sock em robot. Entertainment for dimwits.

Michel makes you think “stiff” eh?
