Second workset was beastly. Took four reps in the same breath, could have tacked on a sixth with relative ease. Third set was hard but went. Left shoulder ached throughout - it's that bicep or pectoral tendon again.

-raises and lying leg side-raises to make sure hips are nicely lubed up.

First heavy DL-session in a year(?) without the aid of caffeine. Gotta get my work-capacity and lat-strength up to par again - starting on 180kg and working upwards from there. Cue: sit around the bottom for a few, flex lats and find a proper hip depth before commencing the pull.
