I'd take this dude out. KO. Under 2 rounds. KarateStylist trained me.

I meant boxer's knuckle as opposed to boxer's fracture. Fracture is damage to the fifth metacarpal (bone). Boxer's knuckle is bruising or splitting of the extensor hood tendon that runs over the knuckle. The injury more commonly occurs over the first and second knuckle because they are more prominent and thus receive the same extra pressure that gives the punch more bite. While minor boxer's knuckle isn't anything worse than annoying, a more severe injury can be rather crippling.
thanks for posting this Sinister, lately i've been trying to work on landing with the correct knuckles.... This is a big help. Might try doing a few rounds of bag work bare fisted too from now on, seems like a good way to ensure good form if the gloves aren't there to cover up mistakes.
Recommendation for a good pair of bag gloves? I'd love to have some. Affordable would be nice, of course. Some old school gloves like the old-timers used.
would not recomend them, we were forced to use as kids, they are really to hard, to torture.
Really? Too hard? How do you mean?
Oh, well I don't mean to spar with them. Just for bag training. I've got a good pair of sparring gloves already.
