a question about 5x5

    A quick question about the 5x5 routine, lets say i do deadlift 5x5 heavy, and then have 2-3 assistance lifts, should i do them 5x5 too, or change the reps?

    I change the reps with the assistance stuff like 3*6-8 or 4*5. It works well for me

    i did squat 5 x 5
    rack pulls 5 x 3
    good mornings 4 x 12
    barbell rows 4 x 8
    pull downs 4 x 8
    abs

    I do the same usually 3-4 x 8-12 for assistance work.
