I however for the life of me can't remeber when breast cancer awareness week is. I know last year I focused on it but am just too lazy to look back and see when it is. I guess I could ask the internet but I don't want to find any pornagraphic images seeing as putting the word breast into a search engine seems to bring that.


For the record Breast cancer awarness month is Oct but maybe we need to think about Breast cancer more often than that?

Pretty easy pulls was suppose to be 2x8 but figured what the hell and went ahead and knocked out the rest of my 365 sessions so I can move on up.

Had to miss BJJ as my truck was in the shop getting a new transfer case. Ended up getting lucky and they could salvage my old one and came in 1k under possible estimate. And thats even after I had the tranmission serviced and a bad u-joint replaced.

Note if you own a Chevy 4x4 with a NP8 transfer case you may want to begin checking fluid levels as they have a flaw in the design in which an internal pump vibrates and eats the casing. There is a realitively cheap fix that will save you a small fortune if you catch it early enough.

Nice job on the deads - what kind of programming are you doing? You mentioned you did 2 more sets so you can go ahead & move up...

Also, good news with the truck - glad its not going to be too expensive. I have a Ford, not a Chevy - still pretty new, 17k miles...

Its not so much a program as just a straight progression of doubles to 10 sets. Then I add 10 lbs and start over somewhere around 5 sets. This of course is only done on weeks when deadlifts do not fall directly after a rough BJJ workout. On those days I'll just be pulling some lighter volume and some deficits.

365 is about 85% of my actaul 1 rep so I'll move to 375 for my next heavy session when ever that is. I think last year I pushed too hard for too long and ended up overtrained. This easier progression so far seems to suit my needs. only time will tell,


This truck is just my boats tow rig. I drive it around town and such but its really a beater at around 130k. The NP8 transfer is still being used in Chevy products but they have since but an updated renforment in it that prevents the wobble that causes the hole. The intial estimate was 1600 which would be a new tranfer with install. I was lucky and skated with just under 400 which was a simple renenforcment but also included a transmission fluid change and a u-joint that needed replaced as well.

could anyone here provide a reasonable explanation as to why these pictures exist and why they were freely put up on the interwebz, the answer cocaine is a hell of a drug although probably correct will not be accepted.
