A-I image and video editing?

Anyone into this?

Some results I've seen are just crazy.

Looks like a tool one must familiarize themselves with and develop proficiency at.

Comfy UI is the program I've read as good for beginners.

Automatic1111 seems to be recommended also.

Any do A-I image/video editing, have examples of your work or recommendations on how to make a start?
 
If you care about artists at all, you wouldn't be using an AI app to steal their art style, or music style, or video style, or writing style, or anything that's unique to them. This AI stuff is massive bullshit and just getting out of hand.

AI is getting to the point where you can pretty much do whatever you want, and it's almost indistinguishable from the real thing. All this stuff does is benefit the companies, not the artist, none of the artists are getting any of this money. The only reason this stuff is getting as far as it is, is because greed is out of fucking control. Make a TV show and only have an AI do everything, so you don't have to pay a real person at all, you just have a free AI to do it.

The reason none of this makes sense to me is, if AI enables anybody to do anything, then what the fuck is the point of anything? Nothing is special, nothing is unique, nothing is rare, literally everybody is an "artist" and a "director" and a "producer" and a "sound engineer" and whatever now. It's absolutely fucking disgusting.

This is all about the un-creative stealing from those that can create, and to pocket as much money as possible while giving nothing to the people who originally made it.
 
A.I is the worst thing that could have happened to an already messed up time where social media reigns supreme. The two will unite to destroy any sense of creativity and true art. Be prepared for music and movies to get even worse with time. The arts as we know it will turn into unimaginative crap. Oh wait, its already almost there.

Not just the uncreative, but lazy. Why spend hours, months, years even, honing a creative skill like painting or drawing, when you can have a bot do everything for you? It’s lazy. It’s the easy way. And I will not respect it.

We're stupidly removing the humanity from things so computers can do it for us. It's peak self destruction, fueled by laziness and apathy.

We're evolutionary dead ends, which is hard to take some days.

The pathetic irony of what we're seeing right now with AI is that it's resulting in the OPPOSITE of what it was supposed to bring. The technocratic mind believes, and parrots a worldview in which AI and robotics will take over the mundane tasks in life to free up time and allow humans more time to pursue creativity (art, music, athletics, etc). Instead it's the first thing that starts being replaced. Sad.

While I agree and also don't use it, 95% of people don't give a shit unless it benefits them.

Steal, lie, collapse an entire industry, stab your friend in the back...who cares as long as I can create a piece of art for my wall and pay no artist to do it

Maybe the person who coded the AI software is the real artist anyway?
