It had biased moderation, she came away better. All will be forgotten in a week or so anyways
It really did have biased moderators. They let Trump get away with talking over everybody and inserting himself when it wasn't his turn 9 minutes worth of that which is terrible and they also didn't call him out on enough of his blatant lies.

Maybe if they didn’t ask questions like

“Why do you care about the racial identity of your opponent?” - that are loaded and clearly bias he wouldn’t need to talk so much.

I’m not saying she didn’t out perform him because she absolutely did. I’m an independent voter who was leaning towards trump and feel swayed after the debate.

But anyone saying that was neutral moderation is wearing rose colored glasses.
I can agree with you to some degree. But again, Trump has rarely been challenged on the insane amount of bullshit he says and it was nice seeing someone actually putting him on the spot for it.
And again, it wouldn´t be necessary if he didn´t say so much stupid shit. So it´s sort of a self inflicted problem.

He said he got it from TV!!!
That's Trump and that's why he's unfit to be president. He literally gets his news from Fox News even when he had the worlds intelligence systems at his disposal.

Remember the map of the path of the the hurricane where he used a sharpie to extend its range so he could defend the lies he told about the states it was going to hit?

He's the president of the f****** United States. He could have had that done professionally and he used a sharpie!!

Well these guys that expect Trump to be treated with the dignity deserving a president must first contend with the fact that he doesn't behave or act or speak with any kind of dignity at all.

It would be a very strange interaction indeed to treat Trump with dignity himself being so profoundly undignified.

Anyone defending Trump on those grounds is absolutely crazy.

And the one time Harris tried to interject out of turn they shut her down. Trump literally ALWAYS got the last word in, out of turn, and they didn’t once prevent him from doing it.

I also didn’t get the point of having cut mics when they just turned them on whenever you start talking.

I would have cut his mic every single time he did that and moved on without him.

Kamala still kicked his ass though.

Trump just runs roughshot over people. He treats no one with respect and then all of his crybaby followers claim that he's not treated with enough respect and I just don't think they understand that you have to give it to get it. Treating Trump with dignity would be a completely one-sided event and seems an absurd proposition to me.

It would be like having a tennis match with someone who's cheating but the judges allow the cheating to actually create a win and so playing by the rules in that case would be foolish so Trump comes in breaking all the rules but then when it comes to peoples behaviour towards him he wants them to follow all the rules.

I wouldn't say slaughtered, but he certainly lost. He was unhinged a few times and his low point was still not being able to own his loss like a man. On the other hand Kamala didn't answer a single hard question thrown at her and just repeated her memorized talking points.
Oh yes it was a slaughter.
If this had been a kickboxing fight Trump would have walked forward slowly with his guard way down. Harris fed him jabs and lowkicks all night without taking a single hit herself. Leaving him a bloody wreck.
It may not have been a flashy way to win, it may not have shown any brilliant tactical moves on her part, but she did not need to do anything more against an embarrassing opponent that did not have the qualifications to be in the ring with her.

I saw non chicken, pig and cow meat being displayed at the windows the other day and appalled that they allow immigrants to form their town to cook tthem in the US

Vote Trump and Vance

i think it means to expose an exaggerated claim. In this instance, that Trump was praising neo-nazis
This is what she said:

"Let's remember Charlottesville, where there was a mob of people carrying tiki torches, spewing antisemitic hate, and what did the president then at the time say? There were fine people on each side."

That was 100% accurate. The statement Snopes checked was different.

That's the thing with the 'fine people on both sides', it's already been debunked, by Snopes no less, and 7 years late:

"In sum, while Trump did say that there were "very fine people on both sides," he also specifically noted that he was not talking about neo-Nazis and white supremacists and said they should be "condemned totally." Therefore, we have rated this claim "False."

Anyways, most people probably still think it's true, so credit to Kamala and team for constantly going to that well. She plays to win. But for people who know, it makes her seem really disingenuous.

Regardless, Kamala blew past all expectations. No cackling, no "Im speaking". She's got an awesome crew behind her.

youre right about the baby termination post delivery, that's way too insane
The thing about Trump is he practices double speak on purpose to give many different messages to many different groups of people and he also just flatly trolls the left and tries to get them to misunderstand him so that they'll freak out and then he can mock them for it.

Personally, I think trolling and lying and intentionally misleading people with language is qualification for dismissal from the presidency. Obviously no serious human being running a country should speak so irresponsibly and intentionally vague.

The left does fall for it often and they spin out and freak out often over things he didn't really say. But the truth is Trump intended them to get the wrong message about what he said. He's the one playing games. And then the rest of us are left to deal with an unserious person s******* all over the country and democracy itself.

I mean you had so many people on the right during his presidency praising his trolling skills as if that's something you would want from the leader of the Free world.

To me it's unconscionable and proof that he does have a lot of deplorables who are his followers because no one who wants the good of our country could possibly support such irresponsibl, double speak and intentional confusion.

And I realize that many people see it as a breath of fresh air compared to the average politician who never really says anything while using many words. But the truth is Trump's intentional chaos inducing double speak intentionally confuses people and riles people up and creates anger and is far worse, even though it smacks of the genuine to people like him.

When people freak out over Trump's double speak and intentional lying, they're doing exactly what he's trying to get them to do so it's funny when the right reacts negatively towards it. It's exactly what Trump is trying to create for God's sake.

The guy legit cannot help himself. He has zero impulse control, and just goes off like a dog seeing a squirrel in the park. Does it feel good in the moment? Then the guy just goes with it.
That is why after Kamala prodded him about crowd size, I told my wife and daughter watch Dumb Donald take the bait and he sure did.
Imagine some dude on a karate forum watching the debate knowing how fragile is Orange Pop Pop, that he would take the bait. You don’t think World Leaders know how easy it is too manipulate Trump.

Some see it as he doesn’t care, or doesn’t play by the same rules, and they like him for it. In reality, he couldn’t stop it if he tried with all his might. It’s just an uncontrollable urge in him.
