Well what about the first two? Both on weekdays?
And what about the next two? On a Wednesday and Thursday. What now is the excuse once those roll around?
I'll give you Saturday is dumb for a debate and I wish there was more.
I'm not citicizing the first two debates dates, or the last two, I'm citicizing these two.
If they simpily scheduled them a few days before or afterward, it would have won millions of more viewers. I wonder why that wasn't the goal.
Answer - Clinton has friends in the DNC, and she doesn't want the nomination to be 'stolen' from her again. Obama came out of nowhere and was the more attractive candidate without a history. It'd be far more humiliating to lose to a crusty old white socialist as Sanders. And to help that from not occuring, schedule the fewest amount of debates possible, and as many of those on times with the lowest amount of viewership.
Its not hard to figure this out.
