5k times.

    I just ran a 5k for the first time since highschool, 2 years. I got 22 minutes, i havent ran distance more than 2 miles since then. Just curious what are your guys 5ks.

    yeh i got about the same time , 25 mins or so. fuckin hate runnin tho.

    last time i ran it i got 21:30 i live around a shitload of hills tho, the area i live in is even called "the hills district"

    Around 17 mins or just under

    When you break 20 minutes, your doing ok :)

    19:57 is my best, was so damn happy to have run under 20 mins it almost cancelled out the crippling pain in my lungs

    17:47 is my 5K PR. I haven't run a 5K since April. That was when I ran that particular time. But I know I can do better than that if I had more time to train seriously.

    while in highschool, i was a state track finalist...

    i've run my whole life...

    its more like 3.33 miles isn't it?

    1500m in a mile, 3*1500=4500

    When I was running constantly a couple of years ago I was getting out 2 1/2 miles in 14 or so minutes, never really run much further

    20 minutes ... 28 seconds for 3 miles. My fastest PFT time.

    whooo started running 5k again, ran it in 20:20 this morning, all the HIIT ive been doing has done wonders, next week under 20.

    hmm.. i think its just a matter of me doing 3miles worth of HIIT rather than 2 and then my times will reallly start to drop.
