Russian bear... blended with 16 ounces of anhydrous butter fat. Yes that would end up being more than a pint.... but Im sure a pint of that would still be 4000+, as well as deadly awesome.

Here's some numbers I've come up with to help solve this mystery.

A gallon of vegetable oil, which is about the most calorically dense you can possibly get, is around 30,000 calories (a gallon of gasoline is also about that many calories I think). Divided by 16, you'd get only 1875 calories per cup of pure oil. This is well short of 5000.

The most reasonable explanation is that the 5000 calorie figure is way off.

How would one go about condensing something like Olive Oil or Heavy whipping cream? OO about 120kcal/ tablespoon and can be bought relatively cheap. perhaps the good lymph node cancer doctors used their voodoo to thicken something like this up

Maybe she meant cup as in "thing that holds my drink" and not cup as in "8 fl oz". If she's drinking a Super Big Gulp sized glass of oil, that would explain why she can't do it in one go.
