Yup, I watch that fight Live and in person. Excellent fight, but Cotto showed up and hit hard. I mean you can hear the thuds and sounds. For the first time ever, Mayweather was busted up but he took those shots like a champ. Till this day, I think Cotto was Mayweather's toughest fight.

- Conor was an amateur Boxer
- Conor is a two weight world MMA Champion

Obviously the man can fight, so they're not just gonna look at it solely based on his empty boxing record.

I'd say that the Nevada's commission's move to being a self-funded outfit (as opposed a state funded outfit operating on an annual budget, which they were until the last couple of years) means that they would be that much more likely to sanction a Mayweather-McGregor boxing match under their jurisdiction since they would have a direct financial interest in doing so nowadays.
