5 things you might not know about new champion Julianna Pena (includes bizarre pic of dominatrix)

Are you a Peña fan? Thats rare.

I am an old-school fan. I watched her season of TUF that She won. I absolutely loved her upset victory over Amanda Nunez. I’m generally invested into her career.

I like how she’s talking shit and actually trying to bring interest to the division. I love how incredibly unlikely her rise is.

And I love how she continues to succeed, despite everyone in the world, looking down on her and rooting against her. She’s legitimately overcome insurmountable odds become a two-time UFC champion, and that just wows me.

She getting the belt two times wows me too, certainly.

Nunes's scraps fighting for who les less bad, and judges got it wrong.

PS: I dont like either of them, its sort of a mockery that both of them get to be called UFC champion, Peña twice and probably gets into HOF because of her accomplishments, division should operate like Womens FW after Nunes left, fights but no champion. /Rant.

She got her ass kicked by a dude behind a restaurant:

Here's her getting arrested (not sure why):

More resting smouldering face:

This update feels kind of mean-spirited, but that's not my intent. I'm a big fan of hers. She herself was talking about the chef thing this week and the arrest footage is interesting because of the dude losing his mind.

Just wanted to bump this thread because I'm not sure how much long Pena will be in the sport for.
