5 - 3/Minute Rounds.

I don't even like the 5 round format for championship fights. Too long, too many breaks.I would rather prefer 3 rounds, or even less. Don't care if it's 3 minutes or 5 minutes,

-Have weigh ins on fight day

-Add one extra minute of rest between rounds, so 2 minutes of rest between each round

-Take away the 170lb division and add 165lb, 175lb, 195lb divisions

I think it may result in fewer injuries during training. I'm not sure it would improve the product in the cage.

It would be cool if at least some fights had 3 minute rounds, maybe some have no time limit. It should be part of the negotiation for non-title fights. Why not make it interesting.

I think thats a cool idea, dude.

But, i think it would turn mma negotiations into boxing negotiations where its justt reasons to make more money, duck people, and come up with excuses as to why you lost.

Plus, fighters dont eally have much say at all in mma compared to boxers when they take a fight.
